This unit focuses on the fashion design process, designing a range of clothing and building all the assets required to create your own fashion label and collection based on a design brief.
PLAN AND DEVELOP FASHION MEDIA CONTENT

This subject covers the process of designing and building media content for the fashion industry, brand positioning, target market analysis and advertising within the fashion industry.
FASHION TREND FORECASTING AND ANALYSIS

This unit explores the fashion market place, with focus on interpreting developing market trends, identifying under performing fashion product, analysing current fashion cycles and present trend forecasting through visual projection boards and presentations.

This subject includes all aspects of social media, applying social media to the fashion industry and social media influencer studies.
FASHION RUNWAY PROJECT

This unit allows students to work on the planning, preparations and implementation of a major fashion runway event.
TV & Multi Media
We have 2 yearly intakes, with enrolments for each intake opening 4 months prior to course commencement. Hunter Institute of Fashion focuses on smaller class sizes to ensure students maximise their learning experience. Once a class is full, students will be added to a waiting list for the following semester.

QUALIFICATION | BSB50215 Diploma of Business
DURATION | 3 days per week, 1 year (full time) 40 weeks
ADDITIONAL | Work experience, industry networking events and industry collaboration opportunities.
No previous qualifications required
Learners must be aged 18+ at the time of enrolment
Learners must complete a Language Literacy and Numeracy [LLN] assessment
